The road work was completed and Island Ex did a great job.
But it appears that there is some washboarding happening from the top of the hill, just past Jenny down towards Roberts.
I have put a called and talked to both contractors working down there (Dave Kline-White at Stilmans and Wolford at Roberts), to remind them to tell their crew and contractors to take it easy on the road. Empty pickup trucks in general are really hard on the road when going fast. Because the road will take a while to compact down again fully, it only takes a few fast trucks to start the washboarding.
Also, at the hairpin, if you have an automatic, it helps to take the hairpin in low gear all the way around, otherwise the transmission tends to downshift right in the middle of the turn, which is what causes that bump to develop.
