Here is the excavator moving the house in March 2008.

2008 has been a big year for construction projects. Shilling's built a studio, Stillman's were building a new house, and Roberts were moving their house after discovering that the rock it was built on was moving. This very large excavator actually pulled the house 300 feet up the hill to what will be a new foundation.

While nothing like the snow storm of the winter of 2006-2007, we did get some snow in 2007-2008. Here is a picture of some sleding down Chris & Kate's driveway in February.

This is a picture I dug up taken at the top of the hill looking towards what is now Chris & Kate's driveway to the left, and down to Bob & Magdalena's to the right.

Hello

After the 2008 road meeting the board talked and I brought up the idea of having a website for the road association. Basically a place where we could post information, pictures, and keep a record of what was going on in one place. That way we could have more communication of what was going on in the neighborhood over the course of a year.

So this is the first post of what will hopefully be many.
